The Chip and Dip Walkabout Bowl

This was just an experiment really, I used scrap from under my bench. Its a mix of red pine (I think) and oak. The idea was to put chips (or what ever) and some relish in the jar. For things like barbeques where you can hold the bowl, dunk and eat the chips, while standing up or walking around. Hope you guys like it. Greetings from the UK 🙂

Christmas ornaments

These where my Christmas ornaments for this years challenge
Made from some scrap boards which I believe the timber is Mirante one is a tree ornament with a bell the other is a napkin ring for the Christmas table.

Walnut Crotch Wood Bowl

I had a limb of walnut lying around so I turned it down and left the three branches coming out of the bowl. I finished up with some spray lacquer.

salt shaker & pepper mil from Chefware

Turn from cherry. did not have the right size drill bits but made do with what I had. The kits are really easy to use and seem to work well.
