I got the idea from your segmented bowl. Thanks for the inspiration.
it’s a mahogany lower.
But not sure what kind of wood the upper is.

It’s a mahogany lower and I believe it’s also a mahogany upper but just a different colour . It I was also slightly harder..
whats your thoughts ?

Turned Spoon

I show my method for turning spoons.

I make “jamb” chucks for the process.

Not as accurate as lasers.

Mini Pepper mill

I wanted to make this from maple because I knew that maple would last a long time.
The kit is the Artisan Mini Pepper mill.

3 1/2″ H x 2 5/8″ w (bottom)

I am now going to make one with Walnut.
