Ornament #3

This is my third ornament. I think I am getting the hang of the finial. sorry for all the flash back. I had to take the picture with my phone. The ball is made of Black Cabbage-Bark and the finial and top are made of African Black Wood. I finished it with Deft spray lacquer.

Poplar Box

This is the first box I have ever made. I picked out solid white and solid green 1×2 and glued them in alternating order. I just glued the sides together because I have no way to miter them together. All in all I think it came out pretty good, seeing as how I’ve never made one before.
