Cherry Burl & Walnut Vase With Brass Inlay
This piece is turned from a piece from a burl my uncle had cut off a fallen Cherry tree.
I rough turned the piece of cherry, but I didn’t have to wait long since the wood was already fairly dry. I extended the neck with walnut and filled in a void in the burl with brass filings.
This was my first time inlaying brass and I think it turned out amazingly.

Bocote Bowl and Carbon Fiber Pencil
I was finally able to buy a house after spending three years in an apartment. My small garage shop is starting to come together and I’ve been overly anxious to get back to learning new skills on the lathe after watching your videos for the past two years. Thank you for all the inspiration and being a great teacher.

Gnome Christmas Carolers
I turned these gnomes out of Maple, Poplar, Cedar, Walnut and Plywood. This was a fun easy project, and a great Christmas gift as well.
