Turned chess set
I had to make a chess board for my GCSE Resistant Materials exam and thought it would be a good idea to actually have chess pieces to go with it. The light chess pieces are made with maple and the dark chess pieces are made with walnut. I have only been turning around 6 months and this is my greatest achievement so far (I am 15). I have been watching your videos for quite a while now and your work is amazing. I probably wouldn’t of been able to do it without all the information that you have given me and everyone who watches your videos.
