I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful videos that inspired me to buy a lathe 🙂
Since i got it a couple of days before christmas i mostly do spinning tops because they seem to have a hypnotizing effect on me… plus my wife absolutely loves them 😉
So… this one is made of cocobolo, sanded up to 999 grit and finished with Capt. Eddie Castelin’s (whom i, too have to thank for his vids) shine juice 🙂
(1/3 shellac, 1/3 den. alcohol, 1/3 boiled lineseed oil)
