yes , it will be better when everything is moved in and the echo is gone. I enjoy the smaller things you do, It often seems with some turners if it is a not a large item , it is not worth showing . I turn some larger things occasionally but I travel with work , and shoptime is important and seeing the finished project makes it all worthwhile, so small things are quicker. Thanks for the program.
Hi Carl, Lovely piece of spalted timber there!
I noticed that when you are working over the lathe it was difficult to hear your words – very muffled. None the less, a nice little box.
I was wondering if, when you have finished setting up your shop, you could make a video about home made chucks, (ie) jam chucks, glue chucks etc.
I am always very wary of making / using them, and in fact not very confident about it at all.
Any help will be appreciated.
Keep on turning, and cheers from the UK,
Bob

Carl enjoy your videos. Where did you get the depth gauge that you have used in checking bowl and box depths ? Thanks , Mike
Hi Mike, I picked it up at Woodcraft.
