Woodturning – Maple Bowl
In this video my son and I turned a Maple bowl. He turned the outside and I turned the inside. I got this piece from my buddy Mark, the bowl is 9″ x 6″.

In this video I turned a Female figurine out of Maple and Oak. She is 14″ at the top of the umbrella. I turned all the pieces separately and glued them together.
Plywood Rocking Chair
In this video I used my grandpa’s plans to make a rocking chair planter. The rocking chairs are made out of 1/4″ plywood.
Woodturning – Basket Illusion Bowl
In this video I turned a Bowl on the lathe. I decorated it with
a technique called basket illusion, it’s a process of burning and coloring the wood. I was going to make this last week as a Memorial Day project, but the pens didn’t get here till Saturday. The bowl is 11 1/2″ long and 3″ in dia. I decorated it with the American flag.
